Problem
Through an array of insights and surveys we’ve realized that the compare portion of the pricing app is not doing its job as good as it could.
In addition Pricing portion of the app was static and only showcased monthly pricing. At this point we have rolled out more ways to buy and trade in and being able to see tradein and how it effects total price and monthly price is critical.
Summary
Empower customers to identify and learn about products in-store without assistance from a Specialist. Simplify the decision-making process by providing digestible product information and comparisons in a voice that feels familiar to customers.
